Biography
Monther Dwaikat is the Assistant Dean of the Engineering Faculty at An-Najah National University. He was the Chairperson of the Building Engineering Department during the period 2014-2016. He finished his Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from Michigan state University in 2009.
