انا سوزان عرفات حاصلة على شهادة البكالوريوس لغة انجليزية وادابها ماجستير في المناهج وطرق التدريس جامعة اوهايو الولايات المتحدة الامريكية في عام 1984 الدكتوراه جامعة ولاية متشيجن في عام 1988 ادرس مساقات في اساليب تدريس اللغة الانجليزية و ومهارات التواصل والاتصال و قواعد اللغة الانجليزية وقراءات تربوية باللغة الانجليزية
