Ola Anabtawi is a Palestinian nutritionist. She holds a PhD in nutritional sciences with a focus on public health. She has significant experience in conducting primary research and possesses advanced data analysis skills, using traditional and novel quantitative and qualitative methods. The exploration of nutritional diseases with the lens of public health has always been an interest. This led her PhD work to focus on the effectiveness and appropriateness of childhood obesity policies and interventions in the UK.  She is currently the head of the department of nutrition and food processing at An-Najah National University in Palestine and teaches several courses giving her a broad knowledge base in nutrition with in-depth command of clinical nutrition.
