Ph.D. in developmental and health psychology from Universidad De Santiago De Compostela (Spain), a master’s degree in counseling psychology from Yarmouk University (Jordan), with over 15 years of experience in the developmental research field. Dr. Shadi is a supervisor in the Department of Psychology at An-Najah National University, the deputy head of the union of social workers and psychologists/ Palestine, and a member of the Jordanian Psychology Society. He worked as a full-time or part-time lecturer in the counseling and psychology fields at Al-Rawdah College, ALquds Open University, and An-Najah National University. Dr. Shadi has conducted numerous research studies including, but not limited to, an exploratory study on the psychological resilience among Palestinian school students in the West Bank, and a study on the Exposure to Traumatic Experiences among the Palestinian Students in the West Bank.
