Biography
Dr. Khalid obtained his higher level education, Ph.D., MA and BA degrees from Russia’s Friendship University in Moscow. After he graduated from the university, Dr. Khalid joined the Faculty of Law in 2002. He has a certificate in teaching and translation in Russian language. Dr. Khalid’s primary interest lies in arbitration and he has had a number of articles published in local and regional journals.
