Dr. Mohammad Samaaneh is Assistant professor in the Civil Engineering Department, Faculty of Engineering and Information Technology, An-Najah National University, Nablus, Palestine since 2015. Dr. Samaaneh had Ph.D degree in Structural Engineering.

In addition to supervising Master theses and graduation projects, Dr. Samaaneh teaches various courses in graduate and undergraduate level. These courses include: Design of steel structures, Design of concrete structures, Mechanics of Materials, Statics, Special topics in structural Engineering, Nonlinear F.E. Abaqus

Dr. Samaaneh has worked in various research projects in the areas of steel structures, Composite structures, strengthening of deteriorated structures, Rehabilitation of structures. In addition, Dr. Samaaneh has worked in local projects in solar as consultant in solar system projects-civil works

Finally, Dr. Samaaneh's research interests include: Steel and composite structures, strengthening structures using Fiber Reinforced Polymers, nonlinear behavior of structures and elements, and techniques of strengthening deteriorated structures
