Biography

Eng. Tamer Haddad is a faculty member and Practical Training Supervisor in the Industrial Engineering Program at the Faculty of Engineering and Information Technology, An-Najah National University. He also serves as the Coordinator of the University's Educational Campus in Rawabi.

He received his Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from An-Najah National University in 2004 and earned his Master's degree in Industrial Engineering (Management) from the University of Jordan, Amman, in 2010.

Eng. Haddad began his academic career at An-Najah National University as a Research and Teaching Assistant in the Department of Industrial Engineering from 2004 to 2007. He subsequently joined the faculty, where he teaches a number of undergraduate courses and supervises the practical training of Industrial Engineering students. He also contributes to the continuous development of academic programs and educational activities within the department.

His academic and research interests include Quality Management and Quality Control, Operations Management, Production and Inventory Planning, Applied Engineering Statistics, Simulation, Maintenance Management, and related areas of Industrial Engineering.

Previously, Eng. Haddad served as a member of the University's Center of Excellence in Teaching and Learning (CELT), where he contributed to several initiatives aimed at enhancing teaching practices, improving assessment methods, and promoting the quality of higher education. He also served as the Academic Advisor of the Institute of Industrial and Systems Engineers (IISE) Student Chapter at An-Najah National University, supporting students' academic and professional development while strengthening their engagement with contemporary industrial engineering practices.
