Dr. Salam Albustami holds a PhD in Special Education from Lahaya University and an MA in Educational Administration from An-Najah National University. She is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Medicine and Allied Medical Sciences, An-Najah National University. Her areas of expertise include special and inclusive education, early intervention, learning difficulties, educational counselling, individualized educational planning, and the inclusion of persons with disabilities in kindergartens and schools. She is trained in the Portage Guide for Early Learning and has experience in training educators, parents, and caregivers. Her research interests focus on Down syndrome, childhood, inclusive education, early intervention, and technology-enhanced learning for persons with disabilities and special educational needs.
