No doubt the outbreak of the Covid-19 virus is one of the most dangerous crises the world has encountered, with devastating effects reflected in all aspects of life, education was not an exception. The educational systems around the world faced many challenges due to the pandemic. This study aims to provide a Foreseeing Educational Vision of digital education & learning after Covid-19 era. The study will answer the following questions:

What are distance education challenges in light of the Covid-19 pandemic? What is the future vision pertaining education after Covid-19 pandemic? What are the expected scenarios for post-Covid-19 educational system?

The study suggested a set of recommendations:

*a strategic reform for various educational institutions, in a way to invest in modern technologies that may enrich learning styles & creativity, such as computer software, bringing efforts together to rebuild and improve comprehensive digital IT infrastructure and communication, in addition to developing strategies for the future of education, and providing support and intensive development qualitative skills training for educational staffs.
