Dr. Ahmed Ra'fat Mustafa Ghodieh

Qualifications: Diploma in Photogrammetry from the Jordan Royal geographic Center, B.A. in geography from An-Najah National university, M.Sc. in Remote Sensing and GIS from Durham University-UK, Ph.D. in Remote Sensing and GIS from Durham University-UK.

Experience: Head of Photogrametric Unit in the Jordan Royal Geographic Center (1980-1982), Technician of Cartography at An-Najah national University (1983-1993), Lecturer at geography Department at An-Najah National University (1995-2000), Assistant Professor and Head Of geography Department at An-Najah national university (2001-2012, 2013-present), Head of the Palestinian Geographic Society (2012-2015), head of the scientific committee of the Palestinian Geographic Society (2015-present), Vice president of the Palestinian Astronomical Society (1997-2000), Expert of Mappinf for the final negotiations team (1997-2000), member of the national committee for geographical names (2010-present), member of climate change committee (2017-present).
