Biography

I am Yahya Hasan, PHD in cyber law. My research spans a range of fields and topics, including Cyber law, Information security law, Personal data protection, consumer protection, liability in e-transitions. I have published many articles including: cloud computing in e-commerce in Palestine: legal issues and challenges, and dispute resolution in e-transaction in Palestine.

I received my M.S. in Civil Law from An-Najah National University, and I taught 4 years in faculty of law at An-Najah National University. I hold doctorate in Cyber law, theses title (E-Commerce Law in Palestine with Special Reference to Apportionment of Liabilities) from the International Islamic University Malaysia.

I have been involved as a presenter in several conferences including Global Islamic Marketing Conference that held in Abu Dhabi, UAE, January 17-18, 2012, KLIBEL8 in Kuala Lumpur and KLIBEL9 in Kuala Lumpur. I Worked as a trainer teaching different subjects such as administrative investigations and drafting the contracts.

I am particularly interested in learning more about new issues of e-transactions in Palestine to improve the laws in Electronic Transactions.
