Hadil Abualrob is assistant professor in the physics department at An-Najah National University, Nablus, Palestine. She obtained her PhD degree in accelerator physics from Paris-Sud University in 2015 and performed her doctoral research at the French national synchrotron “Synchrotron SOLEIL”. Dr. Abualrob is committed to promote technology and knowledge transfer to her home country through collaboration with international institutions. She is leading An-Najah team in PERLE project and has been supervising different bachelor, master and PhD students within this project. She was a visiting researcher at the IJCLab in Paris Saclay University in France for the academic year 21/22 and later in 24/25. She is leading a collaboration project between An-Najah University and Synchrotron SOLEIL funded by the French Consulate in Jerusalem since 2017 and is organizing the bi-annual international workshop on synchrotron radiation and applications to spread the awareness about synchrotron radiation and their scientific applications. She is a member of the national Palestinian committee for SESAME by ministerial decision and is taking part of the organizing committee of the winter school in HEP in Palestine. She is co-supervising PhD and master students at the IJCLab among which the majority are females. She was a member of the monterat program organized by the women in science at Paris Saclay University.
