Sulaiman Amad, born in Nablus in 1986, married, holds a Ph.D. in sports performance analysis from Universidad del País Vasco/ in Spain with honors (2021). Master's degree in sports sciences from Yarmouk University in Jordan, with the first rank in the faculty 2009. Assistant professor in Physical Education department and  Elementary Education department in the College of Educational Sciences and Teacher Preparation 2010 until now.

President of the Palestinian Football Associatio / North Branch,he has held many positions like the President of the Palestine Gymnastics (2015-2017) and President of the Competitions Committee in the Palestine Football Association in the North branch and a commissioner matches (2011- 2020).
Member of the Future Sports Club's administrative board for People with Disabilities, A member of the Cultural Seeds Association's administrative board, and member of the Ebal Sports Club's administrative board.
Published many scientific articles in educational and sports fields. Participated in many conferences and workshops and presented many symposia in the field of sports sciences.
A community activist and committee member and supervises many social sports activities he believes that sport is a community culture and a national message before winning and losing.
