Considering the great importance of the science of Hadith and its position among the other reveled sciences, this research has come to carefully clarify and shed light on the relationship between the science of Tafsir and science of Hdith, for the reason that the relationship between them is very authentic and they cannot be separated from one another, as the science of Hadith posses a great value in the Qur'anic interpretation, and play a significant role in the protection of the Holy Quran from distortion, and the Tafsir from the fabrication. This research has revealed that the Prophet, peace be upon him set rules for the Tafsir which represent a clear approach to Qur'anic interpretation, because both the Quran and Sunnah explain one another, demonstrating the close relationship between the sciences of Tafsit and Hadith.
