Objective: The objective of the study was to determine the relationship between the strategic planning and administrative performance of the Palestinian Olympic Committee from the employee's point of view, as well as to define the relationship between the strategic planning and administrative performance of the Palestinian Olympic Committee from the employee's point of view, according to the following variables (gender, academic qualification, administrative experience). Methodology: The study was performed on a sample of 30 employees of the Palestinian Olympic Committee selected by a stratified random method, representing 60% of the study community. The researcher used the descriptive method in one of its correlational and analytical forms due to its suitability to the nature of the study and its objectives. After reviewing the educational literature and previous studies related to the subject of the study, the questionnaire was adopted as a tool for data collection, and it was composed of 80 paragraphs, divided into two main parts: the first part dealt with strategic planning in its fields (vision and message, the internal environment of the Olympic Committee, the external environment of the Olympic Committee, objectives, strategic plans, and policies). The second part dealt with administrative performance in its fields (satisfying the beneficiaries, organizational structure, responsibilities and powers, education and training, focusing on teamwork, information system, and quality assurance). To answer the questions of the study, the statistical program (SPSS) was used by applying the following analysis: arithmetic means and standard deviations, Pearson correlation coefficient, T-test for two independent groups, one-way analysis of variance, and Cronbach’s alpha equation. Results: The results showed that the employees of the Palestinian Olympic Committee demonstrate a high level of strategic planning and administrative performance, and a strong relationship appeared between their strategic planning and administrative performance, as there were no differences between their views on strategic planning and administrative performance depending on their gender, academic qualifications, and administrative experience. Recommendations: The researcher recommends increasing programs and activities to achieve the vision and mission of the Palestine Olympic Committee, improve the performance and productivity of its employees, and to increase interest in in the sports field. The researcher also recommends conducting other studies on the Palestine Olympic Committee, because of to the scarcity of related studies, to enhance understanding and improve strategic planning and administrative performance in this important sports organization, and as well as interest in scientific research in developing its plans and its performance.
