The study aims to identify the impact of using artificial intelligence tools in designing furniture that enhance Palestinian cultural identity. It also focuses on the use of technology to develop furniture that combines the functional and aesthetic aspect, producing furniture pieces that emphasize the Palestinian culture identity. It also relies on the comparative and analytical approach to clarify the relationship between furniture design and Palestinian cultural identity, by employing Palestinian heritage symbols such as traditional embroidery and geometric symbols, and studying how they are integrated with furniture by artificial intelligence tools, and deals with a comparison between models of furniture designed by computer programs such as (3DsMax) and others designed by some Al tools such as (FREEPIK.AI). The concluded with a set of findings and recommendations, most notably the inability of Palestinian cultural identity compared to the results designed through traditional computer programs, and the call for holding courses to enhance designers’ knowledge of the most important AI tools used in the field of furniture design and training to utilize them.
