: This study deals with the Greek novelist Nikos Kazantzakis's trip to Jerusalem in 1926. He came to Jerusalem as a correspondence for Getherous Lugas newspaper to write about Ester celebrations there. He expressed his opinion about the Christians who accompanied him from Greece, the Arab Christians he met in Jerusalem, as well as the Arab Muslims. He wrote in detail about Jews in Palestine and the rituals of their prayers in front of the Western Wall (Wailing Wall). He wrote about their dreams and ambitions to have control over Palestine and to extend this control to include other Arab countries. Then, he described their places and cautioned the whole world against their endless dreams and ambitions, The narrative of his trip contains a description of Jerusalem, Jericho, Hebron, Galilee, and other places.
