The poet Zayn al-Din Umar ibn al-Wardi (749 AH) was one of the poets during the early Mamluk era who extensively engaged in social, political, and administrative critique within their poetry. They expressed their personal experiences in these matters, as they were witnesses to the political and social conditions of their society.

2. Expanding the study of aspects of social, political and administrative criticism in the era of Ibn al-Wardi in general, which is the first Mamluk era.
