This study aimed at identifying the influence of the substitute player on performance level amongst Palestinian professional soccer players from the perspective of the technical staff. The researcher employed the descriptive methodology due to its appropriateness to the nature of the research and the hypotheses of the study. The study population consisted of all the trainers, assistant trainers, team administrative staff, physical fitness trainers, and goal-keeper trainers at the professional soccer clubs in Palestine (n. 60) of 12 clubs, based on the records of the Palestinian Soccer Union. The statistical analysis was administered by using the SPSS of the questionnaires (n. 56) which contained response conditions. The study sample consisted of (56) persons working at the technical staff of the Palestinian professional teams. Consequently, the comprehensive exclusive method was used since the whole population was studied. Among the most important findings that the researcher reached is that the influence of the substitute player on performance level amongst Palestinian professional soccer players was significantly high and that the trainer had a significant role in increasing the influence of the substitute player on the matches and their results.
