The current study aimed to identify the social responsibility of teachers with special educational needs, and are there statistically significant differences in social responsibility, which are attributed to the following variables (gender, years of experience in training,), and the study sample consisted: (100) teachers And teachers of people with special needs at Al-Amal School, and the researchers followed the descriptive approach in the survey method and in one of its forms, the “correlational study.” The results of the study indicated that: the total level of social responsibility was high, and there were no statistically significant differences in the total level of social responsibility and its fields due to the gender variable. Social, and variable work experience.
The most important recommendations of the study: conducting similar studies on teachers in schools and other teaching fields to identify the level of social responsibility, enlightening teachers with more information to enhance their abilities to cope with psychological pressures, increasing interest in specialized counseling and guidance programs (social responsibility) in special education institutions.
