This study aimed to identify the degree of knowledge management of managers and public school administrators in the Department of Jenin.

The population of the study was (127) Directors. The study sample size reached (90) managers and directors which presented (71%) of the size of the population of the study. To conduct the study, the researchers designed a questionnaire consisting of (61) paragraph. It was presented to a group of university professors to examine its reliability. The collected data was then processed by the package (SPSS), The results showed that there were no differences in the degree of knowledge management members of the sample due to the study variables (sex, educational qualification and experience).

The area of implementation and follow-up scaled the first place. The planning came in the fourth place. The study came with a set of recommendations, including: focus on building infrastructure for ICT in schools. The Ministry of Education should initiate to develop a strategy that is suitable for the practice of knowledge management in educational institutions
