Authors

This paper  is divided into four sections. First, the paper  will begin by exploring the concept of a constitution. Second, the Lecture discusses the constitutional drafting process from a theoretical point of view. Third, with the context now established, the paper then explores how a constitution can become inclusive of women and gender sensitive. Finally, this theoretical discussion is applied to the Palestinian case study, exploring the extent that its new constitutional draft (of 2016) is engendered.
