Issam is a networking specialist who works in his field of specialization in the Computer Center at An-Najah National University, providing technical support. He graduated in 2012 from Hisham Hijjawi College of Technology with a Diploma in Networking. He also holds professional certificates from CISCO Academy in CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) CCNA Security (Cisco Certified Network Associate Security) and a certificate from Hisham Hijjawi College of Technology in (Red Hat Enterprise Linux Essentials).
