More than 19 years of Institutional Development and strategic planning experiences in the West Bank.
Manage and deeply Involved in many assignment concerning institutional development, strategic development and strategic planning, programs and projects evaluations, feasibility studies and field surveys for public and Private sectors and NGOs.
Manage and involved in many projects related to the local governmental sector.
Manage and conduct a lot of capacity building programs and training courses in many areas.
Understand fully the general atmosphere and working environment of the local governmental units. The consultant worked with large, medium and small sizes municipalities and he is aware of the main problems facing the different types of these municipalities/LGUs.
Long term knowledge of prevailing local conditions and needed efforts in addition to excellent computer and language capabilities.
