Dr. Firas Al-Nasr is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Communication and Digital Marketing at An-Najah National University. He holds a PhD in Marketing/Digital from UniSZA, Malaysia, a Master's degree in Marketing from Jordan, and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from An-Najah National University in Nablus. His research interests include digital marketing, social media, e-commerce, digital technology, and electronic banking services. He has numerous publications in reputable scientific journals and has been cited 1500 times on Google Scholar.
Dr. Firas has over 15 years of experience in academic, research, and senior administrative positions in higher education institutions in Palestine, Saudi Arabia, and Malaysia. He holds several advanced professional certificates in digital marketing, including a Certified Practitioner in Digital Marketing and Social Media from Cambridge Institute in the United Kingdom.
Currently, Dr. Firas serves as the Director of the Business Unit and Head of the Department of Business Administration and Digital Marketing at the College of Business and Communication at An-Najah National University.
