Mrs Rasha Hani Shakhshir was born in Amman – Jordan. She is married and has two daughters. She holds a Master Degree in (Inclusive Education) from Bolton University United Kingdom. She held administrative position in An Najah Child Institute (institute the provides diagnose, rehabilitation and inclusive based education approach for children with special needs), Montessori Department between (2015-2016).

She was been professional assistant at An Najah National University, Educational Sciences Faculty and Teacher Preparation, since 2015. She participated in the “Global Summit for Childhood” in USA 2105. She is a member of (ERADAH) feminist movement active in Nablus, which supports women rights and defender of its ethos. Her major interests concerned in inclusive and special education and its role in university, schools and community organizations.she also holds degree in Montessoeri Methods of Education.
