Maher ARAFAT is an instructor of Management Information Systems (MIS) Dept., School of Eng. and IT. He received his B.Sc. Computer Information Systems CIS (Business Management) from North Carolina, U.S.A., in 1985. He obtained his first higher education dgree M.A. Masters in Business Administration MBA from An-Najah National University NNU, Palestine, in 2002, and his second Master's degree M.Ed. in Curricula Development and Teaching Strategies from NNU, in 2010. He started at NNU in 1986 as a volunteer and then was given a special contract to start the computer lab as a computer lab supervisor, Between1990 and 2006 he was assigned to a number of post of which, participate in building the first Computer Center, NNU Community College instructor, instructor at the Computer Science Dept. Faculty of Science, and Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences. Currently, he favors to be addressed as the Change Agent and the organization development & change management instructor at the Faculty of Engineering and Information Technologies, The Department of Management Information Systems.
