I am a teacher & clinical coordinator at Nursing department at Faculty of medicine and health sciences/An-Najah National University. Earned a bachelor's degree in nursing from the University of Jordan in 1997 and worked in Rafidya Hospital specialized in several sections such as Burn unit and ICU, NICU, emergency and others. I worked as trainer clinical nursing students in 2005 and then in 2006 submitted my resignation from the Rafidia hospital to work in the College of Nursing at An-Najah University as a research and teaching assistant and coordinator for practical training program of Nursing, Midwifery and Master Program of Community Mental Health Nursing until now. Through that I earned a master's degree in nursing administration in 2010 from AL-Quds University. I shared with a Project of Problem-based Learning in Nursing College at the University of An-Najah. I worked extensively with Intended Learning Outcomes. I am a research supervisor for baccalaureate students at An-Najah National University. I attended several conferences locally and internationally that are related to my specialty field. Now, I joined the first PhD program in Palestine in 2020 at Jacksonville University, which is twinned with the Arab American University in Jenin
