Fady Draidi is an assistant Professor at Faculty of Engineering and Information Technology at An Najah National University, Palestine since 2012. He is a head of Computer Information System and Network and Information Security Departments since 2013. He teaches several courses in Information systems such as Information Retrieval, Multimedia Systems, Distributed Systems and Data Mining. He received his PhD degree in computer engineering from Montpellier University II, France 2012 under supervision of Dr. Pacitti and Valduriez supervision. He received his master degree in computer engineering from Concordia University, Canada in 2004. He has been a lecturer in Faculty of IT at An Najah National University, Palestine (2004-2008). He also has been a teaching assistant at University of Concordia, Canada (2002-2004). His research focuses on distributed data management in large-scale systems (P2P, cluster, grid, cloud), in particular, P2P recommendation systems and data sharing.
