Alma Irshaid is an Instructor in the department of Nutrition and Food Technology. She was born in the Emirates & completed her High School Diploma in the Science section there, in Jordan she did her Bachelor degree in Human Nutrition & Dietetics with an emphasis on therapeutic role of Vegetarian Diets. Then gained her masters degree in Public Health Nutrition in 2014 "Thesis titled; Breastfeeding barriers between policies and reality" from the University of Westminster in London, England.
Ms.Alma has got practical training in many nutrition and medical related fields including stem cells banking, Maternal & Infant nutrition and Artificial Nutrition. She is also a member in local and international nutrition committees and associations including Association for Nutrition in England. She have been working in An-Najah National University since 2016.
