Application of Exponential Kernel to Laplace Transform

In this paper, the decreasing exponential kernel is used in Laplace integral transform to transform a function from a certain domain to another domain.It is shown that the Laplace transform of delta-function is exactly one half. In addition, when this kernel is applied to attractive and repulsive Coulomb potential, it yeilds a finite value at the point of singularity.
