The present study aimed to determine the level of police identity and

happiness among police officers in Palestine, as well as to determine the

relationship between police identity and happiness. To achieve these purposes

the study was conducted on a sample consisted of (205) police officers in

Palestine and two scales applied to measure police identity and happiness.

The study indicated that the total level of police identity and happiness was

high. Also, the results revealed a significant positive correlation between

police identity and happiness.

Based on the findings of the study, the researcher recommended applying

positive psychology in the field of police sciences.
