Abstract
This paper searches into the most prominently possible reasons of the absence of effect of the Qur’an upon its hearers in present times ( compared to its effect in the days of its descent on Prophet Muhammad )
The paper also discusses ways of restoring this effect in the present reality of our people and creating a generation that is guided by the Shari’at of Alla.
