"The Irrevocable Power of Attorney and the complications of its implementation" is a comparative study between the Islamic jurisprudence and the Jordanian Civil Law. The researchers introduce the definition of the irrevocable power of attorney which is applied in the sale or transfer of immovable property such as land and real estate. The researchers discuss the reasons for implementing such a contract, for example, the buyer is unable to pay for the high property registration fees. Following, the researchers deal with the complications which arise from applying the irrevocable power of attorney as escaping financial obligations. This calls for the necessity for having solutions so as to protect people's rights and properties.
