Information sharing between supply chain members has been a critical factor for firms’ performance. Based on data collected through in-depth case study of one automotive manufacturer and 10 suppliers, we explore what practices manufacturers should consider to improve the sharing of demand forecast and delivery performance of first-tier suppliers.
