The purpose of this study was to investigate the impact of an Educational program for mental perception on the level of basic skills in athletics of (Javelin throw, shot put, long jump, triple jump) at An-Najah National University students, the researcher used the experimental method using a single experimental group, also used measurement experimental group, the population of the study of students enrolled in the athletics course at the Department of Physical Education at An-Najah National University, totaling (60) students, for the academic year 2015, and the study was conducted on a sample of (20) students from the students enrolled in the course athletics in the Department of Physical Education An-Najah National University, were chosen purposely, statistical treatments used such as (MANOVA), Wilkes Lambda test, Cisdak test when necessary, the most important findings of the study reviled that there are  no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α ≤ 0.05 digital) in the effectiveness of the (shot put, Javelin throw, long jump, triple jump) between the fourth measurement and all other measurements and in favor of the fourth measurement, as well as no statistically significant differences between the second two measurements and the first for the second measurement, and between the two measurements the third and the second in favor of the third measurement .

One of the main recommendations recommended by the researcher: the need to share the results of the current study on all interested in the development of power Games in the West Bank specially  the Federation of Athletics, sports clubs, coaches and psychologists in the field of sports and academics in the Palestinian and Arab universities, also, their should be a  focus on the education of the players on how to take advantage of the use of psychological software in the periods prior to the beginning of the game through multiple methods in this area in order to achieve the best results.
