Discrepancy is a norm or Sunna from God and one of the intentions or aims of the legistor. If God wanted to all people would have lived as one nation, but still they would have differences.

Discrepancy is the difference between people. Differences can be used  in a good way which leads to development and improvement of life, if laws encouraged individual and public cultures to have social relations that go with those differences.

Discrepancy can be a reason of separation, disunion and division of humans. Especially when each side starts to convince others of hatred and struggle for existene. This group assaults the rights of others and deprives them of their rights.

The reality of societies is that each society consists of a minority and majority. The strong side can become tyrannical, which will affect the society and there will not be any equity in social relations.

Islamic religion's desire is in purity of equity and to prevent radicalism and to have a united society. A safe, secure society in which it's members don't feel fear about their lives, money and honor. Secure societies usually become more powerful and developed, but those who feel fear don't have any strength, but live in conflict with themselves and others in orders to exist.

For this reason, Islamic Religion aims to achieve peaceful societies by achieving and providing citizen's with their rights disregarding their    intellectuals and beliefs.
