In the dissertation the deep analysis of features of political culture of the Palestinian society on eve of finding of sovereign national statehood is done. The degree of political activity of the population is revealed and the attitude ( relation) of Palestinians to activity of authorities, political parties, Mass media, Social movements is investigated. A role of Islam in formation of political culture of the Palestinian society is analyzed. The place of political parties, public associations, educational system of the Palestinian national autonomy in political socialization is determined. The special attention in work is given to research of value of national idea in formation of the civil consent concerning the basic political institutes, values, rules of political behaviour
