This paper deals with the Islamic Jurisprudence view on the interest on loans through the explanation of the rule, “Any loan that draws profit/interest is usury”, and by indicating that any “profit”, significant or less-significant, whatever, is banned and considered prohibited usury if conditioned or agreed when taking a loan. Otherwise, this “profit” or “bonus” is urged in Islam when it takes the form of an honorarium for the favor done
