Abstract
Fundamentalist Approaches to the Question of Reasoning in Islam Legitimacy

The question of reasoning in Islam Legitimacy is one of the most important topics of Islamic Jurisprudence Fundamentals, which has a lot of debate among the fundamentalists previously and currently, which is the most problematic and accurate in understanding among the issues of Islamic Jurisprudence Fundamentals. This research brings the issue back with a new vision, based on the separation of three aspects in the question: The Ideological aspect (al-Kalamiyya), the fundamentalist aspect between the supporters of reasoning and opponents of it, and the fundamentalist aspect among the supporters of reasoning themselves. With a description of the fundamentalists approaches in each aspect. This separation of three aspects is very important to analyse the question, and the accuracy of understanding and grasp its terms, concepts, matters, and the various fundamentalists approaches in dealing with it.
