The importance of this subject lies in its neglect due to the lack of awareness of the importance of heritage in the consolidation of Palestinian identity and self, in addition to the lack of studies and research in the field of Palestinian heritage. This was one of the main reasons for studying this subject. The Israeli occupation on the one hand, and not to put the issue of heritage within the priorities of the Palestinian ministries and institutions to protect and maintain and spread among the people on the other hand
