The increasing demand for efficient elderly care systems has highlighted the need for intelligent solutions that support decision-making in healthcare environments. This paper presents a full-stack elderly care system integrated with a fuzzy logic-based doctor recommendation module. The system is designed to support multiple user roles, including admin, nurse, sponsor, and doctor, enabling effective coordination and centralized management of elderly care activities. The intelligent recommendation component assists in selecting the most suitable doctor for elderly patients based on multiple criteria, including disease–specialization matching, years of experience, medical rank, and patient health status. Fuzzy logic is employed to handle uncertainty and linguistic variables inherent in medical decision-making, providing a flexible and human-like reasoning approach. Experimental evaluation using real elderly care cases demonstrated the effectiveness of the proposed recommendation model, achieving an overall recommendation efficiency of 78.6%, with strong consistency with actual medical recommendations.
