this research is based on following up the Quranic verses which talk about borders according to ibn ashour interpretation. The aim is to show his jurisprudential personality in this aspect and to and judgment by going through these verses ibn ashour has shown the disagreement between the fuqaha in many provisions then he gives his comments on these opinions then he gives his comments on these opinions and agrees with these consistent with proof . sometimes he mentions his doctrine (al malke) without showing the disagreement. The most important think in this study is showing his rote in the interpretation of Quranic verses on legal ruling which he depended on then he explains the his positive and negative points through his study in the Quranic verses on punishment.
