mobile payment (MP) systems have attracted significant interest from both industry professionals and academic researchers, This mode of payment is widely praised for its numerous benefits, which include enhanced efficiency, reduced time and costs, improved security and confidentiality, and accelerated transaction processing,Notwithstanding their considerable potential, numerous MP services that have been implemented in Palestine recently, have failed to attain the expected level of widespread adoption.

We conducted a review of available data from Palestine and pertinent literature on MP.

We have analyzed and categorized the collected information under relevant thematic headings to facilitate an informed decision-making process.

MPs made a shift in financial transactions, providing an unprecedented level of convenience, security, and efficacy.

The adoption of MPs in Palestine is low but growing rapidly.

We anticipate that the prevalence of MP operations will increase as technology develops

To bolster the MP in Palestine, it is imperative to undertake the following measures: mitigate security risks, promote standardization, strengthen merchant acceptance, enhance infrastructure, and foster consumer confidence
