The study aimed to evaluate the Educational Qualification Diploma Program in achieving professional development skills from the perspective of teachers in Tulkarm Governorate. The descriptive-analytical method was employed, as it best suited the nature of the study’s objectives and questions. A purposive sample of 100 male and female teachers was selectedand a questionnaire was used as the primary tool for data collection after ensuring its validity and reliability. The findings revealed that the evaluation of the diploma program was at a moderate level in the two domains of educational planning and organization and classroom management. Results also indicated a statistically significant positive correlation between the evaluation of the program and the achievement of professional development skills. However, no statistically significant differences were found based on gender or academic qualification variables, suggesting that the program has a moderately positive impact on enhancing teachers’ competencies overall, while highlighting the need to redesign it to incorporate more advanced practical components
