The acceptanceandadoptionofemergingtechnologiesarecrucialfortheireffective integration.Thisstudyexaminesthefactors
influencing educators’ acceptance ofGenerativeAI(GenAI)toolsinhighereducation,guidedbytheUTAUTmodel.Italso
develops astructuralmodeltoexploretherelationshipsbetweenUTAUTconstructsandbehavioralintention(BI)touseGen
AI. Usingaquantitativeapproach,thestudycollecteddatathroughaself-administeredonlinesurveybasedonpriorresearch
findings. Thesurveygatheredresponsesfrom307educatorsacrossvariousArabcountrieswhoareearlyadoptersofGenAIin teaching. PLS- SEMwasusedtoanalyzethedata. Findings indicate that UTAUT constructs significantly and positively
influence educators’ intention touseGenAI.Additionally,theresultshighlightthecomplexroleofgenderandwork
experience, revealingdiverseperspectivesamongeducatorsfromdifferent countries.Thisstudycontributestotheliteratureby
deepening theunderstandingoftechnologyadoptionfactors.Italsooffers theoreticalandpracticalimplicationsforresearchers
and policymakersindesigningstrategiestointegrateGenAIintohighereducationindevelopingcountries.
