This study came to derive general and specific rules from Sayyid Qutb's responses in his interpretation "Fe Thelal Al-Qur'an" to the most important doubts raised about women's issues.
The descriptive analytical approach, and the inductive and deductive approaches were followed to reach the objectives of this study.
The study concluded that Sayyid Qutb followed clear rules, some of which were general and some of which were specific, in responding to the doubts raised about women's issues. The most important of these rules: starting from the fact that the rulings of Sharia are a revelation from God, and that they are consistent with sound nature.
