:Abstract
Scholars differ in their judgments regarding birth control these judgments envelope some overlapping vagueness. In order to reach an overriding opinion on the issue, this study presented the various scholarly judgments and their evidences. The study discussed the validity of each evidence specially its usability for proving or implying the issue. The study proved that the overriding scholarly position is that birth control is allowed if the parents (husband and wife) decide if the best interest of the family this position supported by the well- proven evidences. No evidence exists that rules out the allow ability of that case.
