This research aims to clarify the ruling on the times when fasting is prohibited, other than the prohibition. Based on evidence and evidence. The researchers adopted the descriptive, inductive and deductive-analytical-comparative approach, by following the research issues and its scientific material, analyzing and comparing them to reach the most correct opinion, and without reviewing them as the rest.
The study came in an introduction, and six sections: The first topic: Defining the title and controlling its concept. The second topic: Deliberately singling out the Friday fast without an occasion. And the third topic: Deliberately singling out the Sabbath fast without an occasion. And the fourth topic: Deliberately singling out a fast on Sunday without an occasion. And the fifth topic: To deliberately fast the day of Ashura on its own. And the sixth topic: Deliberately specifying the day of Nowruz, and the festival of the festival (and everything that has a resemblance to it). Then the conclusion: it contains the most important results and recommendations. Several conclusions can be drawn; The most important of them: The researchers reached to adopt what they thought of the times of dislike - which are mentioned aforementioned - and which are supported by sound evidence, with the aim of preventing the resemblance to the infidels, as shown in the two examples of this research.
