This study is based on the analytical descriptive approach, which aims at: to identify the types and controls of Sharia for cosmetic facial operations, and to indicate the legal ruling for each of these operations. The study concluded that cosmetic facial operations are of two kinds: permissible, And to restore the form to the origin of its creation is permissible, but what was in vain to get improvement unnecessarily, and there was a change to the creation of God, or fraud and deception is prohibited.
